OFFICIAL RULES – Kaleidoscope’s “Judy Claus” Giveaway Sweepstakes
NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED OR RESTRICTED.
1. SPONSOR
This Sweepstakes is sponsored by Kaleidoscope Hair Products, Global, LLC, located at 580 Carrollton St. Temple, Georgia 30179 (“Sponsor”).
2. ELIGIBILITY
Open only to legal residents of the forty-seven (47) United States (excluding the states of New York, Florida, and Rhode Island) and the District of Columbia who are at least 18 years of age and the age of majority in their state of residence as of the date of entry. Employees, officers, directors, agents, and representatives of Sponsor and its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and their immediate family members (spouse, parents, siblings, and children) and household members of each such employee are not eligible to enter or win.
3. SWEEPSTAKES PERIOD
The Sweepstakes begin at 12:01:00 AM Eastern Time (“ET”) on December 12, 2025, and ends at 11:59:59 PM ET on Monday December 15, 2025 (“Sweepstakes Period”).
4. HOW TO ENTER
A. Purchase Entry:
To receive only one (1) entry into the Sweepstakes, each entrant must purchase a minimum of twenty-five dollars ($25) worth of Sponsor’s eligible products in a single transaction during the Sweepstakes Period from an authorized seller (either online from a Sponsor-affiliated website or social media platform or from a verified retailer including but not limited to, Wal-Mart, CVS, Sally Beauty, etc…. (“Verified Retailer”)). With respect to purchases from a Verified Retailer, such entrants must send their valid receipts to the following e-mail address: giveaways@iluvcolors.com.  Retain a valid receipt as proof of purchase.  One (1) entry will be awarded per qualifying transaction of $25 or more; however, if the purchase exceeds $25, each multiple of $25 shall equal additional entries.    For example, should an entrant purchase One Hundred Dollars ($100.00) worth of Sponsor’s eligible products in a single transaction, such entrant shall be entitled to four (4) entries into the Sweepstakes opportunity as a result of said transaction.  Multiple entries shall also be allowed with separate qualifying transactions.  In addition, if a purchaser is also a VIP member of Sponsor each of their purchases equivalent to $25 shall be worth (2) entries, so with respect to the above equation, should a VIP member entrant purchase One Hundred Dollars ($100.00) worth of Sponsor’s eligible products in a single transaction, such entrant shall be entitled to eight (8) entries into the Sweepstakes opportunity as a result of said transaction.

B. Free Method of Entry (AMOE):
To enter without making a purchase, entrant(s) must fully fill out the form located on the Sponsor’s website at: https://iluvcolors.com/pages/15k-bill-pay-giveaway-free-entry-sign-up.  Each free entrant must provide their name, e-mail, address, phone number and agree to opt into the Sponsor’s marketing.   Limit one (1) free entry per person, per e-mail.  
5. LIMITATIONS
Any attempt to use multiple names, email addresses, accounts, or other tactics to enter more than the stated limit will void all entries and result in disqualification.
6. PRIZES
One (1) eligible winner will receive payment of their qualifying personal bills for a period of up to twelve (12) consecutive months, not to exceed a total aggregate value of Fifteen Thousand Dollars ($15,000.00) (the “Prize”). The Prize consists solely of Sponsor paying the winner’s verified and eligible recurring personal expenses, including but not limited to rent or mortgage payments, utility bills, cell phone bills, internet bills, car payments or insurance premiums, and other similar monthly personal living expenses approved by Sponsor in its sole discretion.  The Prize will terminate when either (i) twelve (12) months have elapsed from the date Sponsor begins making payments, or (ii) Sponsor has paid bills totaling $15,000.00, whichever occurs first.
7. WINNER SELECTION AND NOTIFICATION
The potential winner will be selected in a random drawing from all eligible entries received, on or about Wednesday, December 17, 2025, conducted by the Sponsor or its authorized representative. The potential winner will be notified via text, email, or phone. The selected winner will be required to sign and return an Affidavit of Eligibility and Liability/Publicity Release (where lawful), W-9 form, and any required tax documents within five (5) days of notification.

Failure to respond or return required documents within the time specified may result in forfeiture of the prize, and an alternate winner may be selected.    
8. ODDS OF WINNING
Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.
9. TAXES
All federal, state, and local taxes and other expenses not expressly listed herein are the sole responsibility of the winner. Sponsor will issue an IRS Form 1099-MISC for the actual retail value of the prize if required by law.
10. GENERAL CONDITIONS
By entering, participants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and decisions of the Sponsor, which shall be final in all matters relating to this Sweepstakes. Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Sweepstakes if fraud, technical failures, or any other factor impairs the integrity of the promotion, as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion.
11. PUBLICITY RELEASE
Except where prohibited, participation in the Sweepstakes constitutes winner’s consent to Sponsor’s and its agents’ use of winner’s name, likeness, photograph, voice, opinions, and/or hometown and state for promotional purposes in any media, worldwide, without further payment or consideration.
12. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
By participating, entrants agree to release and hold harmless Sponsor, its affiliates, partners, advertising and promotion agencies, and their respective directors, officers, employees, and agents from and against any and all liability, claims, or actions of any kind whatsoever arising out of participation in the Sweepstakes or receipt, possession, use, or misuse of any prize.
13. DISPUTES
Sweepstakes is governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, without regard to conflict of laws principles. Any and all disputes, claims, and causes of action arising out of or connected with this Sweepstakes shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, and exclusively by the appropriate court located in Fulton County, Atlanta, Georgia.
14. WINNER’S LIST
To request the name of the prize winner, send a self-addressed, stamped envelope to: Kaleidoscope Hair Products Global, LLC, Attn: Sweepstakes Winner Request, 580 Carrollton St. Temple, Georgia 30179.  Requests must be received by August 31, 2025.
15. PRIVACY
Information submitted with an entry is subject to the Sponsor’s Privacy Policy available at Privacy policy – iluvcolors.com.
