Sponsor. This contest (the “Contest” or “Challenge”) is sponsored and administered by Kaleidoscope Hair Products Global, LLC, a Georgia limited liability company, with its principal place of business at 580 Carrollton Street, Temple, Georgia 30179 (“Sponsor,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).
No Endorsement by Platforms. This Contest is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, Meta Platforms, Inc., ByteDance Ltd., or any other retailer, social media platform, or service mentioned in connection with the Contest (each, a “Platform”). Entrants release each Platform from any and all liability arising from or relating to the Contest and acknowledge that they are providing information to Sponsor and not to any Platform.
2. Eligibility
The Contest is open only to natural persons who, as of the date of entry, are (a) legal residents of one of the fifty (50) United States or the District of Columbia; and (b) at least eighteen (18) years of age or the age of majority in their state of residence, whichever is older (each, an “Entrant”).
Excluded Persons. Employees, officers, directors, members, managers, agents, representatives, and contractors of Sponsor, Jesseca Harris-Dupart, their respective management, talent, public relations, marketing, advertising, and production agencies, and the immediate family members (spouse, parent, child, sibling, and their respective spouses, regardless of where they reside) and household members (whether or not related) of each of the foregoing, are not eligible to enter or win. Void where prohibited by law.
Compliance. Participation constitutes the Entrant’s full and unconditional agreement to these Official Rules and to Sponsor’s decisions, which are final and binding in all matters relating to the Contest. Winning is contingent upon fulfilling all requirements set forth herein.
3. Contest Timeline
Entry Period. Registration opens September 3, 2026 at 12:00 a.m. Eastern Time (“ET”) and closes September 30, 2026 at 11:59 p.m. ET. Registrations received before or after the Entry Period will not be eligible.
Challenge Period. The sixty (60) day Challenge Period runs from October 1, 2026 through November 29, 2026.
Submission Deadline. Final submissions must be received by December 6, 2026 at 11:59 p.m. ET.
Sponsor’s computer is the official time-keeping device for the Contest.
4. How to Enter
Step 1 — Register. During the Entry Period, complete and submit the registration form at https://iluvcolors.com/pages/60-day-growth-challenge-sign-up, providing your first name, last name, and a valid email address, and confirming your eligibility and agreement to these Official Rules. Limit: one (1) registration per person and per email address.
Step 2 — Take a Starting Photo. On or before October 1, 2026, take a clear, unedited photograph of your hair (the “Before Photo”). The Before Photo must be capable of verification as to date and must not be altered, filtered, or digitally manipulated in any way.
Step 3 — Participate. Follow a consistent hair care regimen of your choosing throughout the Challenge Period. Use of Sponsor’s products is not required to enter, participate, or win.
Step 4 — Submit. By the Submission Deadline, submit your Before Photo, an ending photograph taken on or after November 29, 2026 (the “After Photo”), and a written description of your regimen and results of not more than five hundred (500) words (collectively with the photographs, your “Submission”), by the method Sponsor specifies to registered Entrants by email.
Entry Conditions. All Submissions must be the Entrant’s own original content, must depict only the Entrant, and must not contain any third party’s name, likeness, trademark, or copyrighted material. Submissions that are incomplete, altered, digitally manipulated, previously published, or generated in whole or in part by artificial intelligence are void. Submissions generated by script, macro, bot, or other automated means, and registrations submitted with false, fictitious, or incomplete information, are void. Use of multiple email addresses, identities, or accounts to circumvent the entry limit is prohibited and will result in disqualification. In the event of a dispute as to the identity of an Entrant, the entry will be deemed made by the authorized account holder of the email address submitted at registration.
5. Purchases and Discounts
Sponsor may offer promotional pricing on its products during or around the Entry Period. Any such offer is separate from this Contest. No purchase is necessary to enter, participate in, or win the Contest, and making a purchase will not improve an Entrant’s chances of winning. Entrants who purchase products receive no additional entries, no scoring advantage, and no preference of any kind.
6. Judging; Winner Selection
Judging Panel. On or before December 20, 2026, all eligible Submissions will be reviewed and scored by a panel of judges selected by Sponsor.
Judging Criteria. Submissions will be scored on the following equally weighted criteria:
| Criterion | Description | Weight |
|---|---|---|
| Visible Change | Extent of visible improvement in hair health, length retention, or condition between the Before Photo and the After Photo. | 40% |
| Consistency | Evidence of a regular, sustained regimen across the full Challenge Period as described in the written submission. | 30% |
| Storytelling | Clarity, honesty, and helpfulness of the written description of the Entrant’s regimen and experience. | 30% |
Ties. In the event of a tie, the tied Submission with the highest score in Visible Change will be declared the winner. If a tie remains, the tied Submission with the highest score in Consistency will be declared the winner.
Disqualification. Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify any Entrant or Submission that Sponsor determines (a) is not compliant with these Official Rules, (b) is fraudulent, altered, manipulated, or not original to the Entrant, or (c) is otherwise inappropriate for the Contest. Sponsor’s failure to enforce any provision of these Official Rules will not constitute a waiver of that provision.
7. Winner Notification; Verification
Notification. The potential winner (the “Winner”) will be notified by email at the address associated with the winning registration on or before December 20, 2026. Sponsor is not responsible for failed, delayed, or undeliverable notification attempts, including notifications directed to spam or junk folders.
Response Deadline; Affidavit and Releases. The potential Winner may be required, as a condition of receiving the prize, to execute and return within seven (7) calendar days of notification: (a) an Affidavit of Eligibility and Liability Release; (b) a Publicity Release (except where prohibited by law); and (c) an IRS Form W-9. Failure to timely respond, an inability to verify eligibility, or non-compliance with these Official Rules will result in disqualification, forfeiture, and selection of the next highest-scoring eligible Submission. Sponsor will conduct no more than three (3) such alternate selections, after which the prize (or unclaimed portion thereof) may go unawarded.
8. Prize
One (1) Grand Prize (the “Prize”) is available to be won, consisting of the following elements:
| Prize Element | Description | Approximate Retail Value (ARV) |
|---|---|---|
| Cash Prize | One thousand five hundred U.S. dollars ($1,500.00) awarded by Sponsor by electronic funds transfer or check, payable to the verified Winner. | $1,500.00 |
| One Year of Product | Kaleidoscope Hair Products merchandise supplied to the Winner over a period of twelve (12) consecutive months, in quantities and selections determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion, with an aggregate approximate retail value not to exceed the amount stated. Shipped to a single U.S. address. | Up to $1,200.00 |
| Total ARV | Aggregate Approximate Retail Value of the Prize. | Up to $2,700.00 |
Cash Prize Payment. The Cash Prize will be paid in U.S. dollars by electronic funds transfer or check within thirty (30) calendar days following Sponsor’s receipt of all required documentation under Section 7.
Product Prize Conditions. The product element of the Prize is non-transferable and may not be redeemed for cash. Product selections, quantities, and shipment schedule are determined by Sponsor. Products are shipped to a single address within the fifty (50) United States or the District of Columbia. Any portion of the product element not claimed or deliverable within the twelve (12) month period is forfeited. Sponsor may substitute products of equal or greater value where an item is discontinued or unavailable.
Taxes; 1099 Reporting. All federal, state, and local taxes, and all other costs, fees, and expenses associated with the acceptance and use of the Prize not expressly described as included herein, are the sole responsibility of the Winner. Sponsor will issue an IRS Form 1099-MISC to the Winner reflecting the total ARV of the Prize and will report the amount to the Internal Revenue Service as required by law.
Limitations. No substitution, transfer, or cash redemption of the Prize is permitted, except by Sponsor in its sole discretion. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute the Prize (or any element thereof) with a prize of equal or greater value if the original becomes unavailable for any reason. Limit: one (1) Prize per person and per household.
9. Rights in Submissions
License. By submitting a Submission, each Entrant grants Sponsor a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, fully paid-up, perpetual, irrevocable, sublicensable, and transferable license to use, reproduce, distribute, publicly display, publicly perform, adapt, and create derivative works of the Submission, in whole or in part, in any and all media now known or hereafter developed, for advertising, marketing, promotional, and editorial purposes, without further notice, consent, review, approval, payment, or other consideration of any kind.
Ownership. Each Entrant retains ownership of his or her Submission. The license granted above survives the conclusion of the Contest and applies whether or not the Entrant wins.
Warranties. Each Entrant represents and warrants that the Submission is the Entrant’s own original work; that the Entrant has all rights necessary to grant the license above; that the Submission depicts only the Entrant; and that the Submission does not infringe, misappropriate, or violate the rights of any third party.
Health and Safety. Submissions must not depict or describe any medical procedure, prescription treatment, or unsafe practice. Sponsor makes no representation that any regimen described in any Submission is safe, effective, or suitable for any other person. Entrants should consult a qualified professional before beginning any new hair or scalp regimen.
10. Publicity and Personal Data
Publicity Release. Except where prohibited by law, by accepting the Prize, the Winner consents to Sponsor’s use of his or her name, username/handle, photograph, video, voice, likeness, city and state of residence, biographical information, and statements regarding the Contest in advertising, marketing, and promotional materials worldwide, in any and all media now known or hereafter developed, in perpetuity, without further notice, consent, review, approval, payment, or other consideration of any kind.
Personal Data. Personal information collected from Entrants in connection with the Contest will be used by Sponsor in accordance with Sponsor’s Privacy Policy, available at https://iluvcolors.com/policies/privacy-policy, as the same may be updated from time to time. Entrants who register may be subscribed to Sponsor’s marketing communications in accordance with the consent provided at the time of registration; subscription to marketing communications is not a condition of entry or winning, and Entrants may unsubscribe at any time without affecting their entry.
11. Conditions of Entry; Release of Liability
Assumption of Risk. Participation in the Contest is at the Entrant’s own risk. By participating, each Entrant assumes all risks associated with such participation, including without limitation any risk associated with the use of any hair or scalp product and any change to the Entrant’s hair care regimen.
Release. By participating, each Entrant releases, discharges, and holds harmless Sponsor; Sponsor’s parent, subsidiaries, affiliates, members, managers, officers, directors, employees, agents, representatives, contractors, advertising and promotion agencies, and successors and assigns; Jesseca Harris-Dupart; the judging panel; and each Platform (collectively, the “Released Parties”) from any and all claims, demands, causes of action, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) of any kind whatsoever, whether known or unknown, arising out of or relating to (a) the Entrant’s participation in the Contest; (b) the acceptance, use, misuse, or possession of the Prize; (c) the use of any product in connection with the Contest; or (d) any technical, hardware, software, network, or Platform failure or malfunction, including without limitation any failure of a registration or Submission to be received or recorded.
Limitation of Liability. UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES WILL ANY RELEASED PARTY BE LIABLE TO ANY ENTRANT FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, SPECIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THE CONTEST OR THESE OFFICIAL RULES, EVEN IF SUCH PARTY HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. EACH ENTRANT’S SOLE REMEDY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THE CONTEST SHALL BE LIMITED TO THE ACTUAL VALUE OF THE PRIZE THE ENTRANT IS ELIGIBLE TO RECEIVE. SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW THE EXCLUSION OR LIMITATION OF CERTAIN DAMAGES, SO THE FOREGOING MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU.
Indemnification. Each Entrant agrees to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the Released Parties from and against any and all third-party claims arising out of or relating to (a) any breach by the Entrant of these Official Rules, (b) the Entrant’s Submission, or (c) the Entrant’s use of any Platform or violation of any Platform’s terms.
12. General Conditions; Sponsor’s Rights
Right to Modify or Terminate. Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel, suspend, modify, or terminate the Contest (or any portion thereof) if any fraud, technical failure, or other factor beyond Sponsor’s reasonable control impairs the integrity or proper operation of the Contest, or for any other reason. In the event of cancellation, Sponsor may, in its sole discretion, award the Prize from among all non-suspect, eligible Submissions received prior to the action giving rise to the cancellation, judged on the criteria in Section 6.
Tampering. Any attempt by any person to undermine the legitimate operation of the Contest is a violation of these Official Rules and may be a violation of criminal and civil law. Should any such attempt be made, Sponsor reserves the right to seek damages and other remedies to the fullest extent permitted by law, including criminal prosecution.
Severability. If any provision of these Official Rules is held to be invalid or unenforceable, that provision will be enforced to the maximum extent permissible, and the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
13. Governing Law; Dispute Resolution
Governing Law. These Official Rules and any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to the Contest or these Official Rules shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Georgia, without giving effect to any choice or conflict of laws principles.
Binding Arbitration; Class Action Waiver. Except as otherwise provided herein, any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to the Contest or these Official Rules shall be finally resolved by binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association (“AAA”) under its Consumer Arbitration Rules then in effect. The arbitration shall be conducted by a single arbitrator, shall take place in Atlanta, Georgia (or, at the Entrant’s election, by telephone or videoconference), and shall be conducted in the English language. Judgment on the award rendered by the arbitrator may be entered in any court having jurisdiction thereof. EACH ENTRANT AGREES THAT ANY DISPUTE RESOLUTION PROCEEDINGS WILL BE CONDUCTED ONLY ON AN INDIVIDUAL BASIS AND NOT AS A PLAINTIFF OR CLASS MEMBER IN ANY PURPORTED CLASS, CONSOLIDATED, OR REPRESENTATIVE ACTION.
Equitable Relief. Notwithstanding the foregoing, Sponsor may seek injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction to protect its intellectual property or confidential information.
