Standard orders ship within 5-7 business days (excluding sale items). We ship internationally and to military addresses (APO/FPO/DPO), though these shipments may experience customs or military processing delays.

Please provide complete and accurate shipping information. We can only ship to one address per order. Orders process Monday-Friday (excluding US holidays: New Year's Day, Memorial Day, 4th of July, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, and Christmas).

Returns

We aim for your complete satisfaction with Kaleidoscope Hair Products. Return most items in new, unused condition within 30 days of purchase for a full refund (excluding Miracle Drops and sale items, which are non-refundable).

Apparel can be returned or exchanged for size within 30 days if unworn. Returns to our website are free with our pre-paid shipping label. Processing time is approximately 2 weeks for US customers and up to 2 months internationally. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method after we receive and review your items.

HOW CAN I PURCHASE FROM YOUR WEBSITE IF I DON’T HAVE A PAYPAL OR AMAZON PAY?

Unfortunately, no. We have no way to alter orders after transactions are complete.

No, we cannot apply discounts after transactions are complete.
