Standard orders ship within 5-7 business days (excluding sale items). We ship internationally and to military addresses (APO/FPO/DPO), though these shipments may experience customs or military processing delays.

Returns

We aim for your complete satisfaction with Kaleidoscope Hair Products. Return most items in new, unused condition within 30 days of purchase for a full refund (excluding Miracle Drops and sale items, which are non-refundable).

Apparel can be returned or exchanged for size within 30 days if unworn. Returns to our website are free with our pre-paid shipping label. Processing time is approximately 2 weeks for US customers and up to 2 months internationally. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method after we receive and review your items.

WHAT HAIR TYPES CAN MIRACLE DROPS BE USED ON?
Miracle Drops can be used on every hair type. (Natural, Relaxed, & Transitioning)

HOW OFTEN SHOULD I APPLY THE MIRACLE DROPS?
Miracle Drops should be applied to scalp/problematic areas 3-5 days a week. (Every other day)

WHEN IS THE BEST TIME TO APPLY THE MIRACLE DROPS?
We suggest Miracle Drops are applied in the morning, before getting your day started. (Never right before bed)

HOW DO I APPLY MIRACLE DROPS?
Dab the dropper to problematic areas/scalp. Massage the Miracle Drops into the scalp with finger tips, style as desired. Do not wash out!

HOW OFTEN SHOULD I WASH MY HAIR WHILE USING MIRACLE DROPS?
Hair washing regimens vary on the individual, maintain whatever regimen you’re currently using.

Patch Test Instructions:
Choose a small, discreet patch of skin on your body, such as a wrist or behind an ear. Apply a small amount of product, rub it in, and allow it to dry. Cover with a band-aid for accelerated testing. Do not wash that area for at least 24 hours and watch for signs of a reaction such as abnormal redness or irritation. If an adverse reaction occurs discontinue use. If you are experiencing excessive itchiness, burning, or sores; please cease use. It is always a good practice to consult with your local health care physician before use.

CAN MIRACLE DROPS BE USED ON EYE LASHES?
NO! Miracle Drops can be used on the scalp, hairlines, edges, thickening hair, lengthening hair, beards, mustaches, and eyebrows (use a q-tip/spoole).

DOES MIRACLE DROPS CAUSE FLAKINESS?
Miracle Drops may cause mild flakiness, if scalp becomes extremely flaky or dry please cease usage.

WILL MIRACLE DROPS MAKE MY SCALP TINGLE?
Yes, you may possibly experience a tingling sensation, due to the essential oils in the Miracle Drops.
